· All clients and/or family members are required to wait in their cars or outside prior to their appointment.
· The waiting room is closed.
· Clients and staff will wear masks. If clients have medical reasons they cannot wear masks, services will be provided via telehealth.
· Restroom soap dispensers are maintained, and everyone is encouraged to wash their hands.
· Hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol is available for client and staff use in my office and the reception counter.
· Appointments are scheduled at specific intervals to allow time for sanitation between every appointment.
· Pens, computers, furniture, doorknobs, and other areas that are commonly touched are thoroughly sanitized after each use.
· Physical contact is not permitted at this time (i.e., handshakes).
· Tissues and trash bins are easily accessed. Trash is disposed of on a frequent basis.
· Office furniture is arranged to allow at least 6 feet of distance between the provider and clients
· Payments for services will be done electronically without contact through Square.com. Cash or checks are not accepted at this time.
· Staff and clients of Lasting Serenity Counseling are not permitted on-site if they are symptomatic or recently exposed to COVID-19. Other arrangements are made to continue services.
